Our Air Duct Cleaning Technicians provide professional cleaning services in residential and commercial properties throughout the Phoenix area. This hands-on role includes operating specialized duct-cleaning equipment, inspecting HVAC systems, taking before-and-after photos, and clearly explaining the work performed to customers. Technicians are also responsible for protecting the customer’s property, maintaining equipment, and following company safety and service standards on every job.
The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable with physical work, including climbing ladders, working in attics, lifting equipment, and traveling between job sites. Experience is helpful but not required—we provide hands-on training for motivated individuals who take pride in doing quality work and delivering excellent customer service.

Our Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact for A-Z Air Duct customers. This in-office role includes answering phone calls, responding to customer questions, scheduling appointments, explaining our services and pricing, processing payments, and communicating important job details to technicians and office staff. CSRs help ensure every customer receives friendly, accurate, and professional service from the initial call through job completion.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
